We are officially back and with new ideas.
First of all... I (andytta) am the one in charge now since Emilio and the older admins are no longer loging in to deviantart, so I guess I have to start looking for new admins... so, everyone who wants to be an admin send me a note with the subject: "ADMIN" and i will be choosing 2 people to help me, is it fair?...
Second... I appollogyze to all the people who sent a join and a submission petittion i had to delete a lot since it was a long time and i could not attend everything.
I guess that is all for now.

How can I join?

How can my photo be submitted, and what genre of photos is accepted?
The submission has to suit the urban genre/category. (must have been taken in the city)
Each photo will be submitted by note and each photo must reside in your gallery.
The note should contain just the link to the photo, and a link to the deviant of the person submitting. And we will post it.
Once you have sent the note and we have uploaded your photo, you'll be added to the members list.
You may submit as many photos as you wish, but they must be urban and be of an acceptable standard.
Place the word 'Submission' in the subject line of your note.

Any questions, please note the group or one of the Admins and we'll answer any questions you may have

There is no limit to the amount of subs you can make, but please bare in mind that we have to submit them all! If you limit your subs to max two (2) at a time it will make all the admins happier! Feel free to make submissions everyday, but try and keep it to two at a time.

HEY ALL!!!!

Hey all!!, emilio is kinda missing, so i've been now in charge of the community... he was the one in charge of the contest, so i'm waiting for him.. i guess he will be back soon... but now i'm on xD (andytta)... just figured out that our community membership has expired, so if you think that you are generous and you can give us a subscription we will be very glad , i gues i can't do it by myself 'cause don't have a credit card... so... we are waiting for someone who can help us
One more thing, i'm thinking about preparing a new contest (besides the other one), so if you have ideas or thoughts it would be interesting if you send us a note, maybe you can send it to my account or to this account

The posibility to compit in the urban contest ended on sunday, and we will submit the pictures in competition to our gallery, soo you have between today (13) until the 25 of july to vote for the picture that you consider is the best, the persons who can vote is everybody that has deviantart, soo start voting.

here are the rules of the contest:

RULES

Definitely it has to be a urban picture, more explicit is a picture took in a city, and have like an urban concept in there, is more common to send pictures of your city.

It has to be send between Monday 20 of June and the 10 of july.

The photo must be send to us through a note with the link of the picture that you want to participate.

You can participate only with one picture of your gallery, the photo can be submitted in the community already, but you cannot participate with two picture at the same time soo choose well wich of your urban works you want to send.

The photo must be submitted in your gallery cause if you put a link of other webpages, we cant put this photo to the featured deviation.

PRIZES

As we dont have money to give a suscription or money for the winner. The winner photo will apeard one mounth in the featured deviation of the community, and we will advise it to the daily deviations.

JURIES

There would be no juries in these contest, we will make a list of the pictures and we will submit it to deviantart ass a submition, and you will vote for the work that you think deserve win, posting in the submition. The votation will be between the 13 of July and the 25 of the same mounth.
